Grease and carbon removal
Grease build-up and carbon on kitchens, hoods, floors and equipment.
The problem
In commercial kitchens and production, grease builds up over time into a dense layer on hoods, filters, walls, floors and equipment surfaces, and carbon forms on cooking equipment.
Where it occurs
- Restaurant, café and hotel kitchens
- Extraction hoods and filters
- Production floors and equipment
Why ordinary cleaning may not be enough
Old grease does not come off with daily cleaning and only smears with cold water. It takes professional alkaline products, hot water or steam and the right dwell time.
The Heavy Clean approach
We assess the layer and the surface materials: stainless steel, aluminium, tiles and painted surfaces each need different products. We use professional degreasers, steam and hot water, with mandatory rinsing in food areas.
