Question 1

How much does cleaning a site cost?

Accepted Answer

There is no flat rate per square metre: the price depends on the contamination, area, access and deadlines. After a description or a site visit we issue a quote with a fixed scope of work.

Question 2

Do you work across Estonia or only in Tallinn?

Accepted Answer

Our base area is Tallinn and Harju County. Other regions are possible by arrangement, usually for jobs of several days. Tell us where the site is and we will say straight away whether we can take it.

Question 3

Can I book an urgent call-out?

Accepted Answer

Yes, urgent jobs are accepted depending on crew availability. Inspection timing is agreed when you contact us.

Question 4

Do you work at night and at weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Work can be scheduled at night or at weekends to minimise disruption to your operations. Exact timing is agreed in advance. Work zones are fenced off and marked while we do.

Question 5

Do you carry liability insurance?

Accepted Answer

Liability insurance is currently being arranged. Until it is in place, responsibility for the site and property is set out in the contract — we do not claim cover we do not yet have.

Question 6

Do you work under a formal contract with a VAT invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, only that way: contract, sign-off protocol and invoice. Heavy Clean OÜ, registry code 17569164, VAT EE103015015.

Question 7

What chemistry do you use, and is it safe?

Accepted Answer

Professional-grade products for commercial sites, matched to the material and the type of soiling. Safety data sheets are available on request, and in food areas we use products approved for them with mandatory rinsing.

Question 8

Can I get a quote from photos without a site visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for standard tasks, photos plus the area are usually enough for a preliminary estimate. For complex sites we quote precisely after a short inspection.
