Data controller

What data we collect

We process the data you submit through the quote request form, plus the minimal technical data needed to run the site.

• from the quote request form: name, phone number, e-mail, company name, object type, task description, object photos and the submission date;
• technical data: basic server logs and IP address, only if the hosting platform stores them.

Photos

Please avoid photographing people or other personal data — for example documents, labels or vehicle number plates. If a photo does contain personal data, we treat it confidentially all the same and delete it once the quote is prepared.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to the inquiry, prepare a quote, arrange an on-site inspection, and enter into and perform a contract.

The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. If an inquiry does not lead to a contract, the data is removed once it is no longer needed.

Recipients and processors

Data is shared only with our hosting and database providers (Supabase, Lovable hosting), who process it on our behalf as authorised processors.

We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising. We send no marketing mailings without your separate consent.

Exercising your rights and complaints

To exercise your rights, e-mail info@heavyclean.ee. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

Cookies and storage

Necessary storage: your language preference and cookie choice, including its timestamp, notice version, language and previous choices, are kept in browser local storage. This category is always enabled.

Analytics: off by default. Visits and interactions are measured only after your consent and only when analytics is configured. Personal quote request data and photo contents are not sent to analytics.

No analytics service currently loads and no analytics cookies are set.

No marketing cookies or advertising tracking are used. Change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Opening settings does not change your choice; saving a refusal stops further analytics, including in other open tabs, and removes this site's analytics cookies. Earlier acceptance records remain; events blocked before consent are never replayed. If your browser blocks local storage, your choice lasts only for the current visit.
