Technology
Equipment and chemistry
What we bring on site, what each machine is for, and how the chemistry is chosen.
Equipment
Our own fleet. A dedicated machine for each surface and each type of soiling.
- 01
Floor scrubber-dryers
Mechanical washing of large areas:
concrete, resin floors, tiles, industrial laminate. The brush lifts the dirt film and the vacuum removes the water immediately, so the floor is handed over dry, without streaks or downtime.
- 02
Industrial vacuums
Wet and dry pick-up after construction work:
cement dust, grinding residue, shavings, fine debris. Class M filtration keeps the dust out of the room instead of blowing it back.
- 03
Extractors
Deep cleaning of textiles:
carpet, office chairs, upholstery, seating in halls. Solution is injected into the fibre and pulled straight back out with the dirt, so the covering is not left soaked for a day.
- 04
Steam generators
Kitchens, sanitary zones, ventilation grilles, tile joints.
Steam dissolves grease and carbon build-up in hard-to-reach spots and reduces chemical use near food.
- 05
High-pressure washers
Facades, car parks, ramps, yards, machinery.
Hot water is required wherever there is grease or bitumen — cold water only spreads them.
- 06
Height access
Lifts and telescopic systems for glazing, facades and tall production halls —
no improvised ladders on a working site.
Professional-grade chemistry
Consumer products are made for fresh household dirt. On a site the job is different: remove a layer that has been building for months without ruining the surface.
Contamination → chemistry → surface
| Contamination | Chemistry category | Surface compatibility |
|---|---|---|
| Grease, burnt residue | Alkaline | Not for aluminium or lacquered wood |
| Cement film, efflorescence, mineral deposits | Acidic | Not for natural stone |
| Adhesive, epoxy, paint, expanding foam | Solvents | Spot-tested on plastics and coatings |
Chemistry matched to the contamination
Alkaline products for grease and carbon in kitchens. Acidic products for cement film, efflorescence and mineral deposits. Solvents for adhesive, epoxy, paint and expanding foam.
And to the surface material
Acid must never touch natural stone; alkali must never touch aluminium or lacquered wood. We identify the material first and test on an inconspicuous area.
Dilution is part of the method
Professional ranges work at a defined dose and dwell time. Correct dwell time replaces aggressive mechanics and lowers the risk of damaging the finish.
Food and occupied areas
Where food or people are nearby we use products approved for those zones, with mandatory rinsing and residue checks.
Exact product names and safety data sheets (MSDS) are available on request. We do not publish manufacturer logos — we have no partnership agreements to claim.
Contract and liability
What is already in place, and what is still being finalised.
Formal contract and VAT invoice
Scope, acceptance criteria and deadlines are fixed in writing before work starts.
PPE and chemical safety data sheets
MSDS for every product we use are available on request.
Company registration and VAT number
Registry code 17569164 · VAT (KMKR) EE103015015.
Liability insurancebeing finalised
The policy is being arranged; until then liability is set out in the contract.
Crew training and certificationbeing finalised
Internal training on machinery and chemistry; no external certificates yet.
