Solutions
Epoxy removal
Residue from epoxy resin, grout and self-levelling compounds.
The problem
Epoxy grout, self-levelling floor residue and resin left after installation form a dense film on the surface. Once cured it does not dissolve in water and becomes very hard.
Where it occurs
- Tiles after epoxy grouting
- Production and warehouse floors
- Sites after installation work
Why ordinary cleaning may not be enough
Cured epoxy is chemically resistant. Household products have no effect, and aggressive mechanical work without assessment can damage the covering itself.
The Heavy Clean approach
We assess how far the compound has cured and what the substrate is. We select a dedicated remover for epoxy residue and gentle mechanical action, working section by section with a test first. If there is no safe method for a specific surface, we say so before starting.
